You can reach us at (813) 973-9990 every weekday from 8-3. If you would like to book an in-person meeting you can do so over the phone, or email at fancythatlinens@gmail.com.
To place an order you can do so over the phone, in person at your meeting, by email, or by using the wishlist functionality on our site. We are available from 8 - 4 every weekday to guide you through anything that you may need help with. We require an electronic signature and a 50% deposit to reserve your order. Once we get those, we send your order off to fulfillment so they're ready for your special event!
We accept changes 21 days before your event date. After that window, any changes will be subject to availability, but we will always do our best to accommodate!
If you pick up your order from our warehouse, there is no minimum order requirement!However if you would like your order delivered, there is a $300 minimum to deliver within 20 miles from our warehouse, then $500 for 30 miles. If your order is further than 30 miles from our warehouse and you would still like for us to deliver, please contact us to get a minimum order requirement.
It's our most simple and self paced way to place an order inquiry, without the stress of reaching out to a representative. We understand how daunting it can be! Take your time to look through our inventory on our Wishlist tab, and clicking the heart on items that catch your eye! Add the required quantities for each item and when you are ready to send your order to us, please add your contact information and any notes about your event that may be helpful to us.This does not officially place your order, and you will be contacted via email when one of our sales reps verifies that we can successfully make your linen dreams come true. After that, it will then be placed into our system and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.
